Sisco Jobs HR Solutions

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before using our website or paying for any service. They explain our fees, overseas job guidance and how we handle your data.

In short: Sisco Jobs is an HR and career consultancy. We do not guarantee any job, and we never charge fees for an overseas job offer. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of siscojobs.com and every service of Sisco Jobs HR Solutions ("Sisco Jobs", "we", "us"), an HR and career consultancy at D9, NBA Tower, 2nd Floor, Office B3, Thillai Nagar 11th C Cross, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu 620018, India.

By using our website, submitting your CV or details, paying any fee, or signing an agreement with us, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our status. Sisco Jobs is an HR, recruitment-support and career consultancy. We are not a Recruiting Agent registered under the Emigration Act, 1983, and we do not hold a Registration Certificate from the Protector General of Emigrants. We do not carry out overseas recruitment or deployment of workers. Section 5 explains how overseas opportunities work.

Other agreements. Employers who sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or written quotation with us are also bound by it. If it conflicts with these Terms for that employer, the signed document prevails.

Who is who. In these Terms:

  • "Visitor" means anyone who browses siscojobs.com without registering or paying.
  • "Candidate" or "job seeker" means an individual who submits a CV or details, applies for a job through us, or buys a career service from us.
  • "Employer" or "client" means a company, firm or person who asks us to find candidates, post or promote a vacancy, or supply manpower, and includes anyone acting on its behalf.
  • "Services" means everything we offer to candidates and employers, including resume and profile services, the Career Activation Plan, job alerts, recruitment support, executive search, staffing and job posting.
  • "Order" means a plan or service you request and pay for, or that an employer accepts through a quotation or MOU.

Some parts of these Terms apply only to candidates (sections 3 and 4) or only to employers (section 6), and each is marked. All other parts apply to everyone. You must be at least 18 years old, and capable of making a binding contract, to buy our services.

2. Our services

We provide career and hiring support, not guaranteed employment.

For job seekers: resume and LinkedIn writing and optimisation, career guidance, interview preparation, profile activation under our Career Activation Plan, job alerts, and help applying to openings in India.

For employers: recruitment support, executive search, contract and temporary staffing, manpower supply within India, and job posting and promotion.

What we do not do. We do not guarantee any job, interview, salary, visa, work permit or outcome. We do not issue visas, work permits or offer letters on behalf of foreign employers. We do not collect placement, visa, ticket or medical charges for overseas jobs. We are not your employer, and we are not a party to the employment contract between a candidate and an employer.

3. Candidate fees and subscriptions

Candidates pay Sisco Jobs only for career services, never for a job offer. Applying for a job, submitting a CV, joining our job alerts and speaking to us are free.

Fee amount. The fee for each plan or service is shown on our website, brochure, application form or payment link at the time you order. The amount shown when you pay is the amount you agree to. Plan tiers and prices may change for future orders but never for an order already paid.

What the fee is not. Fees are charged for our time, tools and professional services in preparing and activating your profile. They are not a recruitment fee, a placement fee, a visa fee, a guarantee of a job, or payment to any employer or recruiting agent.

Receipt. You will receive a payment confirmation or invoice by email or WhatsApp for every payment. Please keep it.

Personal use only. A plan or service is for the person who ordered it. You may not share it, transfer it, resell it or use it for anyone else.

When service starts. Work begins once your payment is confirmed and we have the details we need from you. Delivery times we mention, such as profile activation within about 24 hours, are estimates and start from that point. The period of a plan is stated when you order.

Information we need from you. If we do not receive the information or documents we need within 30 days of your order, we may close the order.

4. No job guarantee

No job guarantee. Our services improve your profile and your access to opportunities. They do not guarantee a job, an interview, a shortlist, a salary or a visa. Hiring decisions belong to employers. Your results depend on your experience, the market, and your own conduct in interviews and selection.

Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

5. Overseas opportunities

For overseas jobs, Sisco Jobs provides career guidance only, and any recruitment is carried out by the employer or a licensed recruiting agent. We help you with your resume, interview preparation and documents. We do not recruit, select, deploy or send workers abroad ourselves.

  • Licensed agents. Under Indian law, recruitment of Indian workers for overseas employment must be done by the employer directly or by a Recruiting Agent holding a valid Registration Certificate from the Protector General of Emigrants (Ministry of External Affairs). When a role involves an agent, you apply to and deal with that agent or employer directly, and our role is limited to passing information between you and them.
  • No overseas placement charges. Sisco Jobs does not charge or collect any recruitment, placement, visa, ticket, medical, attestation or service charge for an overseas job. Anything you pay for such a job is paid to the employer or licensed agent under their own receipt. Please do not pay anyone in our name for a job offer.
  • Check before you pay or travel. Verify the employer, the job offer and the recruiting agent's registration on the Ministry of External Affairs and eMigrate portals. Read your offer letter and contract before you sign. Never travel on a visit or tourist visa for work.
  • Emigration Check Required (ECR) passports. Where an ECR passport applies, emigration clearance is your responsibility to complete through the official channel.
  • Job information. Overseas openings on our website are shared for information and are posted by or on behalf of employers. We try to keep them current but they may change or close without notice.

6. Employer terms: recruitment and job posting fees

Employer fees are agreed in writing in a signed MOU or accepted quotation, and these Terms apply to everything the document does not cover.

  • Recruitment fees. The fee, its basis (for example a fixed amount or a percentage of the agreed annual compensation), the invoicing stage and the payment period are stated in the MOU or quotation. A fee becomes payable when a candidate we introduced is selected and accepts the offer, or as the MOU states.
  • Job posting fees. Charges for posting, promoting or sourcing for a vacancy are stated in the quotation and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Replacement. If a placed candidate leaves within the period stated in the MOU, we offer a replacement as that document sets out. It does not apply where the exit follows the employer's own breach, a change in role or pay, or a termination for the employer's convenience.
  • Introduced candidates. Candidate profiles we share are confidential and shared only for the vacancy in question. If you hire a candidate we introduced, directly or through another party, within the period stated in the MOU, the recruitment fee remains payable.
  • Late payment. Overdue invoices may carry interest or collection costs as the MOU states, and we may pause services until dues are cleared.
  • Employer responsibilities. Employers confirm that each vacancy is genuine, lawful and accurately described, that salary and benefits are truthfully stated, and that they will not charge candidates any fee for the job. For overseas vacancies, employers confirm they will recruit through lawful channels, including a licensed recruiting agent where the law requires one.

Job posting rules. These rules apply to every vacancy an employer gives us to post, promote or fill.

  • Genuine vacancies. Each vacancy must be real, lawful and open, with an accurate title, description, location, salary range and employer name. The employer must hold any licence or registration the law requires for the hiring.
  • No charges to applicants. Employers must not ask candidates for any fee, deposit, security or payment for a job or interview, directly or through anyone else.
  • Fair hiring. Postings must not discriminate unlawfully or contain misleading, obscene or unlawful content.
  • Our right to edit or remove. We may edit a posting for clarity or format, and may reject, pause or remove a posting that breaks these Terms or that we believe is misleading, unlawful or not genuine.
  • Posting period. A posting runs for the period stated in the quotation or MOU. It may be refreshed or extended on request.
  • Display. Postings may be shown on our website, social pages, WhatsApp, job alerts and partner platforms, with the employer's name unless a confidential posting is agreed.

Candidate profiles shared with employers. Profiles we share are confidential and given only for the vacancy in question. Employers must use them only for that hiring, keep them secure, not forward, sell or upload them to any database, and delete them when the hiring ends unless the candidate agrees otherwise. The employer is responsible for protecting this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Employer details. We may ask for business and authority details before posting or sharing profiles, and employers must tell us promptly if these change.

7. Payments and receipts

All payments are made in Indian rupees (INR) through our authorised payment methods, and you should pay only through them.

  • Payment methods. We accept payments through Razorpay and by bank transfer to the business account named on our invoice or payment link. We do not ask for payment to personal accounts, and we do not collect cash through agents or individuals.
  • Payment gateway. Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled by the payment gateway under its own terms and security. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Failed or duplicate payments. If money is debited but you receive no confirmation, or you are charged twice, write to hr@siscojobs.com with the transaction reference. We will check and correct it.
  • Price changes. We may change fees for future orders. Fees shown when you place an order are final for that order.
  • Fraud warning. Sisco Jobs will never ask you to pay in order to receive a specific overseas job offer. If someone asks for such a payment in our name, do not pay and tell us at hr@siscojobs.com.

8. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us and for how you use our services.

  • Accurate information. Give true and complete details about your identity, qualifications, experience, certificates and passport. Resumes we write are based on information you provide, and you must check them before use. Providing false or forged information may lead to withdrawal of services and may be reported to the employer.
  • Your decisions. You decide whether to apply for, accept or reject any job. Please read each offer and contract yourself before you sign.
  • Respect and lawful use. Do not misuse our website or staff, send abusive or unlawful content, scrape or copy our job data, attempt to access systems you are not allowed to, or impersonate Sisco Jobs.
  • Account and contact details. Keep your contact details current and your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Our right to refuse. We may decline, suspend or end a service if these Terms are breached, if information is false, or if we reasonably believe a request is unlawful.

What is not allowed. You must not:

  • copy, scrape, crawl or extract our website, job data or candidate data by any automated or manual means, or use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
  • send spam or repeated, unsolicited or bulk messages through our website, forms or WhatsApp;
  • reverse engineer, frame, mirror or deep link our website, or interfere with its security or operation;
  • post or send unlawful, false, abusive, defamatory, obscene or harmful content;
  • pretend to be another person, candidate, employer or Sisco Jobs, or create fake or duplicate profiles;
  • resell or share a paid service, or pass off our work as your own service.

9. Job listings and third-party content

Job listings are information only and may come from employers, partners or public sources, so please confirm the details with the employer. We take reasonable care, but we cannot promise that every listing is current, complete or still open.

  • Source of listings. Some roles are posted directly by employers who work with us. Others are shared from public or partner sources when a direct requirement is not available. Where a listing is not from a direct client, we do not hold a mandate for that role and cannot confirm that it is open.
  • No endorsement. A listing is not an endorsement of the employer, its conditions or its payment practices. Check the employer yourself.
  • Links. Our site may link to external sites, forms and services such as Zoho Recruit, WhatsApp, Google and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
  • Reviews. Testimonials and ratings shown on our site are opinions of individual customers and are not a promise that you will get the same result.

10. Data protection and privacy

We collect only the personal data we need to provide our services, and we handle it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. This section is our privacy notice and explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

  • What we collect. Your name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, location, CV and career details, qualifications, passport details where an application needs them, payment references, and technical data such as device and website usage.
  • Why we use it. To prepare your resume and profile, match you with openings, share your profile with employers or licensed agents for roles you choose, send job alerts, process payments, meet legal duties, and improve our service.
  • Your consent. By submitting your details, forms or CV, you consent to this use. For uses beyond these purposes, such as marketing messages, we ask separately and you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Sharing. We share your data only with employers or agents for roles you apply to, our service providers (such as payment, messaging, hosting, email, CRM and recruitment systems), and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
  • Overseas transfer. Where a role is outside India, your profile goes to the foreign employer or agent you apply to, who handles it under their own policies.
  • Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or the law. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
  • Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to hr@siscojobs.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

11. Intellectual property, liability and indemnity

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question, except where the law does not allow a limit.

  • Intellectual property. The Sisco Jobs name, logo, website content, designs, templates and job data belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. • Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Sisco Jobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of job, income or opportunity, or for any act or decision of an employer, agent, embassy or authority. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
  • Indemnity. You agree to compensate us for loss arising from false information you give us, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of our services.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or platform outages, government action, or changes in visa and labour rules.
